Don't worry if you're not sure if your child needs OT or not - this is just the first step.
We will walk you through the rest.
During a screening session, the therapist will conduct an informal yet focused observation to identify key areas for support. This may include assessing your child’s breathing patterns, reflex integration, visual skills, posture, and other relevant developmental factors. You can expect open, honest feedback about what the therapist sees and what next steps might be most helpful.
This session also serves as Part 1 of a full evaluation. If you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule an additional one-hour session, complete a bit more paperwork, and work together to create a customized plan of care.
The cost of the screening is $250, which is applied toward the total evaluation fee if you decide to continue care with us.
During the evaluation session the therapist will assess your child’s breathing patterns, reflex integration, visual skills, posture, and other relevant developmental factors. You can expect open, honest feedback about what the therapist sees and your child will just think they've come to play. Most kids can't wait to come back!
They will also do some standardized testing as necessary and relevant to your child, and require some questionnaires from parents to provide more info about your child at home and at school.
The therapist will then use all of this information to write up a thorough evaluation document and work together with you to create a customized plan of care for your child and your family.
The cost of the evaluation is $1000 for kids ages 24 months and up, and $500 for kids ages 12-24 months. The cost of a screen (if you had one done) will be credited towards your evaluation fee. /
Our job is to help babies "baby" better. This means eat, sleep, poop, move and just exist happily. We apply neurodevelopmental principles along with a deep knowledge of reflexes and human development to improve your baby's strength and coordination throughout their whole body. With feeding therapy our approach is the same - we address the whole body to optimize feeding and oral motor skills.
The Infant OT program is an ACTIVE therapy program - therapy is not done "to" or "on" your baby but "together with" your baby.
COST OF SESSIONS:
$350 / 90-120 minute long evaluation
$200 / 60 min follow up visit
We understand that therapy costs can be a significant deciding factor for families when seeking the best care for their child. We are committed to making the process simple, transparent, and stress-free. As a fee-for-service, private pay entity, we do not accept insurance. After every visit, we provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All billing is done the day of service through the HIPAA-compliant payment system with the Jane Patient Portal.
Feeding therapy is treatment that aims to improve a child's feeding skills. It often involves gross motor skills, oral motor skills, myofunctional therapy, lots of sensory integration, emotional regulation, and parent training.
When the tongue and mouth have difficulty doing their jobs, the body develops compensatory movement patterns, causing a cascade of other problems throughout the rest of the body. It's our job as OTs to first uncover these compensatory patterns, and then treat the rest of the body along with the muscles of the face and tongue, to optimize feeding skills.
Our approach to feeding therapy is holistic - every aspect of a child's development is taken into consideration when addressing a child's feeding skills.
FYI - both occupational (OT) and speech therapists (SLP) can be feeding therapists, as long as they have specialized training in the area.
An infant feeding evaluation is a comprehensive developmental feeding assessment. The therapist will check your baby's reflexes, movement skills, breathing, visual skills, and oral motor/feeding skills as needed. It's a 90-minute long session, which will give us plenty of time to look for compensatory movement patterns and to learn about your baby's unique feeding challenges, as well as give you time to practice any exercises with the therapist's guidance. We will then create a customized Action Plan (home program) including relevant exercises/activities that were reviewed during the session.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled no sooner than two weeks after the initial consult. We typically see most infants for anywhere between 2-6 sessions (with 1-2 weeks between each appointment).
The cost of an infant evaluation is $350 / 90 minutes
The cost of a follow up appointment is $200 / hr
This is based on our Foundational Feeding principles. We believe that eating and feeding is a whole body skill.
A Virtual Feeding Evaluation is a comprehensive developmental feeding assessment. Nat will check your baby's reflexes, movement skills, breathing, visual skills, and oral motor/feeding skills as needed. Nat will direct the session via a Google Meet link, and the parent(s) will perform the necessary movements. Usually, families opt to use a computer and just place it on the floor, where a majority of the session will take place. In a virtual session, the parent(s) essentially become Nat's hands and occasional eyes when they need a better view of something they can't see via the computer camera.

An occupational therapy evaluation is a thorough, individualized assessment designed to give you a clear picture of your child’s unique strengths and challenges. Following the evaluation, you’ll receive a detailed written report that explains our findings in plain language, outlines meaningful goals, and reflects your family’s priorities.
We’ll take a close look at your child’s:
Sensory processing
Gross and fine motor skills
Reflex integration
Visual-motor and oculomotor abilities
Regulation Skills
Breathing, sleep, oral motor skills and habits
Self-care routines and daily function
We also consider how these areas impact your child across their real-life environments—at home, at school, and in the community. Depending on your child’s needs, we may use a combination of standardized tests, clinical observation, and caregiver questionnaires to gather a full picture.
This results in a comprehensive, easy-to-use report that acts as a blueprint for therapy—and a valuable tool you can share with teachers, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure everyone is working together to support your child’s development.
Follow Up Sessions with Nat = $200 / 50 minutes
Follow-Up Sessions with an Áha OT = $170 / 50 minutes
Each session is tailored to your child’s goals and needs, but typically includes:
Hands-on therapeutic activities that support motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, regulation, and/or daily routines
Play-based interventions that feel fun—but are grounded in developmental science
Real-time coaching for parents or caregivers (as appropriate)
Ongoing assessment and adaptation of strategies based on how your child is progressing
Action Plan review and updates so you know what to focus on between visits
We’re not just building skills—we’re helping your child feel more confident and connected in their body and daily life.
We do offer virtual consultative services for families that live outside of the state of GA. These are considered wellness consults and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
When you complete your request for services form, you will have the option to select what type of services you need for your family and also to let us know where you live. We will explain the rest to you :)

“Morning! In the last 48 hours we have had several meal time wins with Miles and I finally feel like we are seeing improvement. This morning not only did he not refuse his eggs, he actually ate and finished his entire serving! I just wanted to share with you because I’m so thankful for support you’ve provided our family. I’m also adding in a picture of Owen eating his fourth serving of salad (!!!) last night because I I really believe you are huge part of the reason there isn’t a food that kid won’t eat!
Thank you, Nat!"
Nat consults with OTs on starting their own practice, programming, case studies and more.
